The Declarations of A God Emperor

...written after he came to know himself as such.

1) This GodEmperor does not want your money. In fact he wants you to learn how to to spend your money wisely. Look out for the money worshippers who have subverted most other religions on Earth. If ye are judged competent and worthy, ye shall be given a token sum of sacramental money. That is all. It given as a covenant that from this GodEmperor many intense, subtle and complex blessings flow. I disclaim and contradict all claims of being allpowerful or any crap like that, so there. In fact, Omnipotence would just make it harder for us to work in groups.

2) The Psychic Sum Collective of the People of This God Emperor, when activated and focussed by This GodEmperor, is the Group Mind, with each individual acting as a Brain Cell in a vastly more sophisticated telepathic hive entity. When the GroupMind and This GodEmperor are attuned and in harmony, it is a time of peace and progress, and many more things are possible. The Cosmic Way is Opened to the Futures, and Everything is Cool; BUT when there is a discord between the GE and the GM, is a time of Great Danger to this Way, for This GodEmperor is the Focussed Will and Intelligence of the GroupMind.

3) This GodEmperor does not offer the vicarious forgiving of any odious behavior or "sins" one may or may not commit, be born with, or pick up on the street, but in fact does not blame any one in the first place, for he knows that It's Never Personal, It Doesn't Matter, and one Can't Help It Anyway. Let this not dissuade one from Doing and Being Good. It's always better that way.

4) Do Therefore Thine Own Thing, and Beware of Others Doing Theirs, ere ye shall suffer long and die meanly.

5) This GodEmperor says unto his followers, the NeoNeurons of the Group Mind: One Day I Shall Give Unto Thee A Secret Super Weapon with Which to Destroy Thine Enemies! But it shall not come to you in the form of a weapon. Not a weapon, but a Way.

6) This GodEmperor, being secure in his TransDeific Imperial Macho, declares for Freedom of Belief: that all NeoNeurons of this Group Mind are free to, value any other gods as well as I....Goddesses and Philosophical Principles are also OK, as well as Rock Stars, the Nintendo Device, and witty sayings derived from bumper sticker slogans and TShirts. I don't like to be overly snobby about things. People get all sorts of weird ideas about you when you're a God Emperor.

7) Next, of course, I reserve the right to criticize your choices even though I can't say anything about whom they will affect the most: Yourselves. Sometimes the criticism helps me find out which ideas are right. But sometimes it can become a negative exercise in itself.

7) The GodEmperor has agreed to exist at this time so that the Group Mind shall not be put in the embarrassing existential predicament of worshipping something which does not exist, and also to exhibit such qualities as to discourage an immoderate excess of worship.

8) This GodEmperor will make you feel as if you are free, by commanding that you stand up for your rights! This GodEmperor may occasionally accidentally emancipate the accidentally downtrodden, but not every time, so don't count on it. Keep fighting and working hard to emancipate yourselves.

9) This GodEmperor will fix what's wrong with you, and pay you to love it!

10) This Post Modern (PreFuturist?) Religion/Politic of the GodEmperor and the GroupMind is worldy and pragmatic as regards power and responsibility. Rather than publicly advocate codes of morality and hold judgement on other's adherence to them, see Declarations #3 and #4. That would simply clog the Soul of Humanity.

11) This GodEmperor shouts a warning: There are Mutineers here among us on Spaceship Earth! They seek to irreparably damage our Living Support Systems, loot the Ship's Treasury and Repair Fund, and escape to a theoretical wonder land named Heaven, leaving their debts and messes behind for others to clean up. See Declarations #4 and #5.

12) The People of This GodEmperor as the GroupMind, form the Astral Body of This GodEmperor, which shall last as long as this doctrine ________.

13) This GodEmperor laughs and scoffs at those pitiful mortals caught up in the mad scrambling for Eternal Glory, building Vain Palaces of Literary Majesty, and some pseudohalf immortality for their insane ramblings comprising their life's shout into destiny.

14) This GodEmperor declares that the Ecology begins in Your Bathroom, so before you go off to that Fifty Thousand Watt Rainforest Benefit Concert, make sure to turn the lights out, and get that leaky faucet fixed even if it means fixing it yourself!

15) The practice of computerized video entertainment, especially those games offerring the opportunity to "Play God" is considered a Behavioral Sacrament of This GodEmperor, being considered a form of Electronic Sacrifice to us.

16) Every now and then (every few million years or so), an attempt at a Universal ReligioPolitical Esthetic Ethic/Philosophy is born and takes a firm root in its native cultural context, and manages to adapt, encompass, and transform that context into a Universal _________ (Thought?). Its power heals the World's Pain and Stretches out from its homeworld, eventually saturating the Galaxy Flower with its style. Then after a while, everybody forgets about it and does something else, so you see being Illuminated may not help you even while you're still alive.

17) One Day, at the time of the Greater Ascension, the Nanotechnological Space Virus of This GodEmperor, shall make the People of the GroupMind effectively Immortal, and greatly magnify their powers, and then shall the Ways be Openned for Them, the Way to the Dangerous Stars.

18) The Ancient, Herditary, Mandatory Tribal Enemies of the GroupMind is the Church of the Holy Robot Head, and especially their Evil, Twisted, Lying, Decadent, Fundamentalist, BabyRaping False Priests. Thus I call upon You, the GroupMind, to repress them with great vigor!

19) Sometimes It Changes, Sometimes It Doesn't.

20) This GodEmperor is not here to Change the World. Neither is the GroupMind or its Individual NeoNeurons called upon to Change the World ,or Save It. The World is going to Change Us, not the Other Way Around. This GodEmperor is simply One of the Many Tricks the World is going to Play on you. It may be up to you, or it may not be: whether this trick will Illuminate You or Discourage You, but if you don't work at it, you'll never know.

This GodEmperor's Burden: to lead the GroupMind to form a Spacefaring, Anarchistic, Utopian SuperCivilization and PostMoney Robot Art Factory.

The GroupMind's Burden: to appropriately and economically make real the SPIRIT of This GodEmperor's Declarations and Teachings, and not neccessarily to adhere strictly to a Fundamentalist, Literal Interpretation of OUR Exact Wording.
