I saw a cloud that looked like you, reaching out for me
I tried to touch your hand, but it just moved away
My arms were stretching up towards you, but the breeze blew them astray
Then I would feel near to you, but no, 'twas not allowed
Then I saw you coming again, moving very fast
The wind had picked me up and with you I was, at last
Intertwined, becoming one, and floating as if feathers
The sky turned dark, tore us apart, and I started to cry
Why couldn't we stay together, there, in the clouds in the sky?
