About the Gallery
The Fraser Gallery is one of the major fine arts galleries in Washington. D.C. Located in the heart of the
Georgetown district, this commercial art gallery is on the street level of the Canal Square complex, which hosts
seven other major fine arts galleries and is surrounded by the restaurants, stores, night clubs and theaters which
make Georgetown one of the most famous and attractive neighborhoods in the world. The gallery director, Catriona Fraser is an award winning photographer with several years of experience in the fine arts field who for the past five years has shuttled between the art capitals of America and Great Britain prior to opening The Fraser Gallery.
Gallery shows are widely listed in the Washington Post, Washington Times and other local newspapers as well
as most local art publications and are often reviewed by local art critics.
