Matt's Beef jerky
|
1/2 cup of red wine |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
|
1 clove garlic, sliced |
1 tsp cracked pepper corns |
|
beef sliced 1/4 inch thick |
crushed red pepper to taste |
Marinate your meat over night. Then put it in a dehydrator until done.
