Fruit Crisp

Ingredients:

1 can of you favorite pie filling

1 box of "Jiffy" yellow cake mix

butter

This recipe is very simple. First you put the pie filling in the bottom of an oven safe container. Next you cover the filling evenly with the cake mix. It should be about a quarter inch deep in cake mix. Lastly you add enough pats of butter and cover the top. Put it in a preheated 350 degree oven till it is done. You will know it is done if it looks golden and crisp.

We have tried apple only, but I would think that cherry, peach, and apricot would taste just as good. Serve hot and with some vanilla ice cream.
