Cardiac Arrest

My brother is a race fan I'm sure you will agree,
when you open his garage door and race car is all
you can see.

It's black and pink with a touch of green
and with that power house motor, 100% racing machine.

This car is a thunderbird called "Cardiac Arrest"
and I do believe can keep up with the best.
He runs down the track in the flash of an eye
hoping before he reaches the line to pass the other guy.

He crosses the line and his chute now opens,
did he beat the other car? I'm sure he is hoping.
As he comes back down the return lane,
more speed and power he thinks he must gain.

With the car back home and tools in hand,
he starts back to work to make it faster and more powerful as planned.
For a race car driver the work is never done,
even though all went well and the race was won.
