Dearest Mom
You have always been a blessing to me,
You taught me how to pray
You taught me the important things
You loved my children, giving little
Now I only wish we could be closer
I'm sending a big bouquet of roses
I think of the days when I was three.
for my daddy so far away.

How to be a good mother and wife.
How to work and provide for a family
Cooking, gardening, sewing, and even
crocheting.
tokens of love
As only a grandmother does.
today
And not so many miles away
imaginary ones that are maybe..red
With all the love I can find
To tell you I'm glad you are mine.
