We were highschool sweet hearts
very much in love.
She was my special angel,
truly sent from above.

We were always together,
as we couldn't bear to be apart,
She was my whole life
and had complete control of
my heart.

I made a vow to her one summer
day, I told her I loved her
and forever in love we would stay.

I love her now as I loved her
back then
and if I had it to do all
over, I'd love her the same
all over again.

Now I'm getting old and
my hair has all turned gray,
and I hope with me forever she
will stay.

We've had our hard times
but together we have always made
it through,
And Honey I want
you to know I'll always love you.

I have made a lot of mistakes
as the years passed by
and I'm sorry if I hurt you
or made you cry.

I'd change all the bad things
and turn them to good,Lord
if only I could.

You gave me two daughters
and made me a father as proud
as could be,
My darling Dana and my most
perfect T.

I told you I loved you
and we would never part,
Then I gave you my most prized
possession, the key to my heart.
