Eons As a rock I watched the eons pass before my eyes
Ever changing dusks to dawns swirling in the skys
I rememeber things long past; though they start to blur
In a fast-paced kaleidoscope, I know there is no cure
Yet I long to slow the pace....to taste what passes by
But for rain accross my skin, I have no tears to cry
I saw wonderous things indeed, to capture all my heart
Giants walking proud and tall, and oceans begin to part
Fiery shows up in the sky and steam venting from the hills
Mountains raising from the ground; there they stand still
And the magic of it all, may it never be undone
What comes next will catch our soul and we'll be overcome
The thing I wish for most of all, is to develop wings
On these I would grasp the stars and then my soul to singhak
