Welcome!
I am not affiliated with Nike in any way, I just like their product. This is not an official page, it's just a tribute to them!
Welcome to as much Nike as you can handle!
Nike is the ultimate athletics supplier worldwide, so I decided to devote my webpage to them. This site contains photos of the newest Nike products and info on Nike news!
History
Nike originated when a running coach wanted to make special shoes for his star athlete. This led to the formation of Blue Ribbon Sports. This eventually evolved into Nike (named after the Greek god of competition). The "swoosh" logo came from a design student at Oregon University. Nike started off strictly as a shoe company. But the company really took off in 1984 when they signed a decent basketball player from North Carolina to endorse their shoes. The Air Jordan was released, and as Jordan's popularity rose, so did the purchase of his shoes. Nike had found a gold mine in athlete endorsement. Soon the other shoe companies began to catch on and do the same. Nike signed other stars as Penny Hardaway, Jason Kidd, Charles Barkley, Tim Hardaway, Andre Agassi, Tiger Woods, Jerry Rice, Emmit Smith, Ken Griffey Jr., Hideo Nomo, Michael Johnson, Alonzo Mourning, David Robinson, and Scottie Pippen. Now, Nike not only is the world leader in athletic shoes, but in apparel and equipment also. Nike has come to stand for comfort, quality, and overall greatness.

This might look like an everyday game picture of Michael Jordan, but take a closer look at the shoes Jordan sported last week when the Bulls played the Knicks!!!
Endorsements
Unfortunately, I've had a hard time finding pics of shoes and players from other sports. I'm working on Baseball, Football, and Golf galleries. Please come back later to view them. Thank you.

Michael Jordan
The greatest basketball player in history has not let us down in the clothing and shoe industry. The Air Jordan and Team Jordan merchandise are comfortable and quality products.
Penny Hardaway
The new wave of the basketball world is Anfernee Hardaway. Penny has been turning heads everywhere, and his shoes have followed. His new foamposite shoe involves the latest technology from Nike.
Scottie Pippen
One of the best all-around players in the NBA, Scottie has gone with the Air Max line of Nike shoes. The large Air Max cushion in the sole perfectly suites Pippen's above the rim game.
Charles Barkely
Charles Barkley is the hardest working player in the NBA. Standing at 6'6", he's the league's smallest power forward, but his Air CB4 Max allow him to be one of the league's top rebounders.
Tim Hardaway
Tim Hardaway has been blowing by opponents for years now. His killer crossover requires foot speed and quick direction changes. The Air Zoom Flight provides all the support Hardaway needs as he fakes other players out of their Reeboks.
Although you might not see them on your local store's shelves, Nike produces shoes that you probably have never seen. Here are some of the unique shoes that have recently been manufactured by
