Who am I ? 


 

My name is Valerio, I live in Grottaferrata, a small, nice town plunged in nature and Roman antiquities of those hills close to Rome  called Roman Castles; beautiful places if you like good wine, good eating, forests and open spaces.

Informatic : I am studying Informatics at the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and i like informatics in general, also if sometimes it causes in me a sense of sickness because of a certain type of  "informations and intents overload".   Sometimes it seems that is not me to drive my computer, but that my computer is the cruel Master who likes to torture me till my eyes are bloody red.

Sport : I like all sports in general but in this moment i'm fond of (and i practice) volleyball, baseball and cycling.   Anyway, in my life i practised a lot of sports; soccer, ski (of all kind ; normal, northern, snowboard...), tennis, athletics, rollerblades, ping-pong, swimming, scuba diving.......i really cannot stay without doing some kind of movement.    Sport is for me almost meditation.

Music : I  never  learned  very  well  to  play  an  instrument in particular, but i play "almost well" (=almost bad) classic guitar, bongos, harmonic, electric bass, sicily "expel-thougths"(the real name is : "scacciapensieri" ) ... Now i'm trying to learn to play the Trumpet (very very difficult ..) and i'm playing with a band : "Fiori di Loto" ("Loto's Flowers") ......... don't even know what kind of music we make, but we like it !
Anyway i can whistle very well !
