Our entire lifetime is like living on a coastline
We wake up on the ocean shore
And through the days move inland
Though we travel farther into land
We should never forget the days before.
Then Life churns up the sea once more
And a great Tsunami washes "our" land
It leaves our bodies on desert sand
But carries us farther than we were before.
Swimming the currents,
through the circle we follow
In that journey I hope we find
That soul-mate's existence which in life I called mine.
Then one day, we wash once more
Upon the sands of a familiar shore.
Life's a Beach! Enjoy what you can!
