Lucy 11's Rotel Dip


2 lb. block of Velteeta cheese (cubed)

1 lb. ground beef**

1 can of Rotel tomatoes (diced)

In a frying pan, brown ground beef and drain. In a separate 2 quart pot, mix the cheese, Rotel tomatoes, and beef. Heat until cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

**Note: You don't have to include the meat but it is a whole lot better!
