1 pound ground beef
1 jar (12 ounces) chunky salsa
1 cup BIRDS EYE Sweet Corn, thawed, drained
3/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP or MIRACLE WHIP LIGHT Dressing
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 cups crushed tortilla chips, divided
2 cups (8 ounces) KRAFT Natural Shredded Colby/Monterey Jack
Cheese, divided
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown meat drain. Stir salsa, corn, dressing and chili powder (yes it looks REALLY disgusting but hang in there :) hehe). Layer 1/2 each of the meat mixture, chips and cheese in 2-quart casserole. Repeat layers. Bake 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Top with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato if desired.
Makes 6 servings.
