In 1978, the 59 year old man was convicted of indecently assaulting eight children, and was jailed indefinitely for 20 years after being found incapable of controlling his sexual urges.

However, during this time, he has been released on licences FOUR TIMES, and each time, he breaches his conditions, going to such extremes as using a false name to have contact with children.

This cretin now wants to be released from prison. Based on his previous criminal record, I believe that he will only re-offend, and destroy another innocent life.
