Car54 and Sunbeam live in ArmadilleauxFlats, LA, sometimes known as Lafayette, La, where car54 is a longtime cab driver and unofficial tour guide. (He has been known to drive fares around city to show them the sites...sometimes at the fare's request (no meters in cab). Sunbeam has a fulltime job keeping car54 out of trouble both in real life and on IRC and does a good job.

I am known as DonnaFay or Cygnet on IRC... 'Cygnet' meaning young swan, not to be confused with 'ugly duckling'.
I like to surf around on various #50+ channels.
I worked as a bookkeeper for 15 lawyers, and retired in 1994. I live in London, Ontario, Canada, halfway between Toronto and Detroit, in the Great Lakes District, 17 miles north of Lake Erie.
I was born in 1935, next to the railroad track, in a small village called Newbury, Ontario, Canada, also known as "skunk's misery".
I have been married to Ian, my second hubby, for 31 years, have two lovely daughters and four darling grandchildren, who I adore.
