Mary's Obituary
MARY C. GRANT
Mary Catherine Grant, 16, of 616 Lee St., Orwigsburg,
died Thursday morning as a result of an automobile accident
at Routes 309 and 895, Snyders, West Penn Township.
Born in Pottsville, June 4, 1978, she as a daughter of
Takashi and Kathryn Z. Zulick Wakiyama, Orwigsburg.
She was a junior at Blue Mountian High School, Orwigsburg
area. She was employed part-time by Rebecc'a Resturant,
Orwigsburg.
She was a member of United Presnyterian Church, Pottsivlle.
Surviving, in addition to her parents, are two sisters,
Christine Wakiyama and Sharon Wakiyama; a brother Peter
Wakiyama, maternal gradmother June Zulick, and paternal
grandmother, Masako Wakiyama.
Services were held at 11am Monday at United Presbyterian
Church, Pottsville. the Rev. Harry Clark officiated.
Interment was held at the Salem Evangelical Cemetary,
Orwigsburg.
