To make up for what he thought he did, Michael became a good friend to her. But Virginia wanted to be more. However, Michael and Vanessa became a couple which enraged Virgina. Her jealousy caused her to commit so much trouble for them, and in the end, she ended up in a mental institute, the very one she pretended to be Selita Jones
