Now for the Scenic View

This is a beautiful photo of the first Blue Water Bridge. It links Port Huron to Sarnia, Canada. If you look closely, you can see the beginnings of the second Blue Water Bridge on the Canadian side. I used to sit on that giant anchor thing when I was little, just like the person in the photo is.

Here are some boats headed down the river. Taking boat rides in Port Huron is so fun! Love it, love it!

Here's a picture of the historic downtown Port Huron. There's been some renovations on it since then, but you get the idea.

Here's a shot of the two completed Blue Water Bridges. It's kinda hard to see both of them, but look carefully and you'll be able to tell there's two!

Here's some sailboats docked before the infamous Port Huron to Mackinac boat races that take place each year.

A boat on Lake Huron.

Port Huron at sunset. It's not Sunset Beach, but you gotta admit, it's not bad!

McMorran Place. This is where all those Border Cats games are held. It's a historic building, and it's cool inside too!

Additional Info

In case you didn't know, Port Huron is where the genius inventor Thomas Edison grew up. Near the Blue Water Bridges, there's a huge hotel in his honor. It's called the Thomas Edison Inn. I've never stayed there, but I go there to eat once in a while. It's fun!
