Cool Beans Chick

She's smart and she talked to me. What more could I ask for a friend? Out of all the girls I'm friends with, she and I go back the longest. 1993 may not be long to you, but to me it's a long time to know someone. I remember both she and I being the new kid in school back in 8th grade. For a couple months in 9th grade we even rode the same bus. Tuesday was always her favorite day Senior year at lunch cause that's when I would let her have my seat at the lunchtable. She always gave 100% to try and cheer me up when I was down. I'm nowhere near as good as she is in cheering people up, but she appreciated it when I tried. We had some pretty cool conversations and she's the kinda girl who didn't mind if I got her lost on Highway 95 in Delaware or got almost us killed while I accidentally run through stop signs. She has learned from those experiences it seems cause she is quite weary of entering my car. But I still considered myself very lucky to have her among my friends. In fall of 1998 we had a falling out as I started to become more possessed by my dark impulses. I haven't spoken to her since, but exchanged glances at a bank one payday last year. I heard random tidbits of her life every now and then pass my ear. So I'm sure she's still out there somewhere, I wish her well.
