Cheesy Pizza Casserole



Prep: 15 min, Bake 35 min.


3 c. un-cooked rigatoni pasta (6 oz.)
1/2 lb. ground beef or 1/2 lb. bulk Italian sausage
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 jar (28 oz.) vegetable primavera pasta sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)


Heat over to 350.

Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.

While pasta is cooking, cook ground beef or sausage in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat,
stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. Mix pasta, ground beef and remaining ingredients
except cheese in un-greased 2 1/20-quart casserole.

Cover and bake about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake uncovered about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. 6 servings.
