Broiled Swordfish Steaks
1-1/2 lbs. swordfish steaks, 1" thick
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup butter, melted
lemon juice
1.Sprinkle fish with salt, pepper and paprika; rub the
seasonings in lightly.
2.Place the fish on a preheated, greased broiler rack
about 2" from the heat source.
Brush the top of the fish with 2 Tbs. melted butter and
broil 3 minutes. Turn, brush the second side with the
remaining butter and broil lightly until browned,
about 4 to 5 minutes.
Serve with lemon juice.
