WHY HE'S IN THE SKITS: Well, Originally the skits were made to make fun of Jeff. The skits have grown over time, but Jeff is still prominently made fun of. Whether it's seeing Jeff in a crazy, embarassing situation (like being locked in a cage), or watching him as he tries to score and fails, Jeff is the pervert you hate to love. Or something like that.
