Mikey - Christmas 1998		Cool Dawg Summer 1998

Mikey was born in Kingston, Ontario in April 1995. When I first saw him he was a 6 week old bundle of black fluff, and he could fit in the palm of my hand. It didn't take him long to win my heart - maybe one minute. My friend, Angie, was going to buy this little black fluff ball for herself, but he and I became very attached, and he ended up coming home with me. As Mikey grew, he became a handful - and I don't mean in size. He was a very rambunctious little fellow, and he kept me busy tending to him. When he was 3 months old, Mikey attended puppy school. He learned to do several tricks, but, he ignored the more important lessons, like how stay calm when people come to the door, and how to take control of his urge to bark. Mikey loves people! He insists on being the household greeter, and doesn't take "NO" for an answer! But, even with his little faults, he is a wonderful pet; a faithful little guy, and a wonderful example of unconditional love!
