MR. HORACE GILMER
Mr. Horace Gilmer was the circuit solicitor from Abbottsville who was only in Maycomb when court convened. This balding, smooth faced man faced off against Atticus at the trial. He was anywhere between 40 and 60, having it difficult to tell. He had a slight cast in one eye which he used to his advantage to make it appear as though he was looking at multiple people.
