The Fighting Game

By: Justin D

They laughed at me, They jeered at me, They certainly weren't afeered of me. They had a surprise coming, A little tune I was humming, As I hooked up with my friends. The time was set for eight o'clock, Around the corner, around the block, I set up my surprise. They met me there at half past eight, They said they weren't sorry for making me wait, It only gave me more time to concentrate. They had there knives, they had their guns, They had their leader, (who weighed five tons), My friends were around the corner. They started the fight, I called the powers of the night, No one stopped to haw and hem. To them it looked as if I would be killed, But my friends were there, the lot was filled, With the powers of the night. They ran, they screamed, form unseen, forbidden things, Which chased them all away. One man was about to spray me with mace, The next second he had no face, For my friends were all satan's friends
