Hello Lord
Hello Lord,
is my momma there?
I just thought I'd talk to her,
and tell her I care.
Is she with the angels,
in your heaven above?
Tell her I miss her,
and give her my love.
Please tell her that everthing
changed when she went away.
We are surviving,
and dad is okay.
He cries alot since
you've been gone.
He reads from the Bible,
about luke and John.
Momma, will we ever be a family again?
Do you still love me,
and will my heart mend?
I'm growing bigger,
and time is going so fast.
I'm having a hard time,
but they say it will pass.
I'm talking to 'Jesus',
like you said I should do.
I'm hoping he'll get my message to you.
You told me of 'Jesus'love;
and you told me about heaven above.
You told us that 'Jesus' gives his love.
Then momma, if what 'Jesus' teaches is true;
how come he took us away from you?
I miss you momma, and I try not to cry.
I don't understand why we all have to die.
So momma, I'll keep talking
to 'Jesus'in heaven above.
I'll tell him to kiss you,
and give you my love.
Whenever I feel like I need to cry;
I'll get a hold of 'Jesus'
so I can say 'Hi'.
