Thank you for sending your blessings our way.
Thank you for giving us the strength and the
courage to start another day.
Thank you for giving us the strength to
go on when a loved one passes away.
Help us appreciate the things we take for granted.
Thank you for our families and our friends
that touch our hearts in a special way.
Help us understand how important it is to pray.
Although we truly should give thanks
to you everyday; our intentions are good
but we forget to pray.
Here as friends and families
all gather round we'll bow
our heads and humbly pray.
Thank you Lord for all of your blessings
on this Thanksgiving day.
