The Norn Page
I'm new to the Creatures program. My Norn's have not yet mated. Since these are my first generation Norns I don't even know if they are of age yet. Anyway, I have two Norns, Aldo & Cala. I lost my first set of Norns (Adam & Eve) after Creatures got a error. I reinstalled, and then started again. My next set, I didn't care for so I started again. Cala is named after Shala the second female in Albia, and Aldo is named after Waldo, of "Where's Waldo?" They make a good pair. I can't wait to see their baby, if/when they mate. I've gotten all the COBs I can find, but I'm always looking for new ones. So if you have a great site with a lot of "new to you" COBs, leave a message on our guestbook.
This is Cala. She is a first generation Norn, (no known parents). She is my second Norn, Aldo being the first. Cala is the cutest of all the Norns I've bred. I love her blond hair and inquisitive green eyes. She is doing well. Because I started her around 20 minutes behind Aldo, she is not yet ready to mate, while Aldo is itching to. In this picture I caught her in a lift. She seems to have a fascination with lifts. She'll just go up and down on them, content to just do that all day. I have to remind her to eat. But once she's off the lift, she likes to sample all of the weeds and the herbs, which is a dangerous habit I need to break her of. I have to keep an eye on her, I want her to live to a ripe old age, and not die of drug overdose.
This is Aldo. I hatched him first. When I first saw him I thought "AWCK, a devil baby!! What did I deserve to get him!?" But after the initial shock, I've really grown to love him. He isn't a devil at all! He is well behaved, but he doesn't listen much to me. He likes to do his own thing. Which is perfectly okay with me. He usually keeps out of trouble, though at the moment of this picture, he was irritating the bees. But he moved on before getting stung. One thing I found strange, is that though Aldo is older than Cala, he is always smaller than she is. Maybe he is a runt. I just hope that his "small genes" don't continue in Cala and Aldo's children. At first when Aldo met the baby Cala he was curious, and then he got scared, and ran like crazy. Sometimes he gets a flashback and runs from her again. I hope this doesn't get in the way of mating.
