Holiday Eggnog Cheesecake

I think I should change the name of this page to Recipe of the Year instead of Recipe of the Week!!! With the holiday season fast approaching, I know you all will enjoy this yummy cheesecake. It is from the Philadelphia Cream Cheese CookBook. ENJOY!!!!!

CRUST

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup margarine, melted

filling

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 8-ounce package PHILADELPHIA BRAND Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup eggnog
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Combine crumbs, sugar, nutmeg, and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Soften gelatin in water; stir over low heat until dissolved. Combime cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed on an electric mixer until well blended. Gradually add gelatin and eggnog, mixing until blended. Chill until slightly thickened; fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust; chill until firm.
