Nicole's Tangy Shrimp and Pasta
This is a recipe that I developed myself.Preperation time is only about 20 minutes. Serve it with crusty rolls and a ceaser salad. It is great for unexpected company.
INGREDIENTS
One bottle KRAFT Sun-Dried Tomato and Basil Dressing
20 Large, cooked shrimp
1/4 cup PHILIDALPHIA CREAM CHEESE
Fettuccine or Linguine noodles
grated parmesan cheese to taste.
fresh ground pepper to taste
In a large bowl, soften cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds. Pour in 1/2 bottle of salade dressing. Add shrimp. Heat mixture in microwave for one minute. Cook pasta according to package directions. Toss with cream cheese mixture. IF necessary, add more salade dressing. Season with parmesan cheese and fresh ground pepper.
