The City

The sun is shining high and bright.
till the dawning of the night
The moon and stars high above
brings light to the city below
Cars are roaming through the streets
people are looking for people to meet
Clubs are booming, the music is loud
couples are sharing the nights lovely sound
Lonely people have all gone home from working all day
they sit in their chairs with only a TV Remote
Here in the city there is so much to do!
So why do some people sit at home with nothing to do?
