Your site has to be somewhat finished. That means no "under construction" signs etc.
You must have at least 5 pages at your site.
Don't go nuts with graphics. Less is more.
Broken links are a big no-no.
I personally don't like MIDI's. That doesn't mean you can't get my award just because you have music on your page, but it is a minus
.
Those aren't so bad yet, but I will probably add more requirements later.
