page creating help

this page is here for people who are just starting their page, and aren't realy sure what to do.

here are some HTML color code's:
(you can find some of them in html pages)

black 00000
white FFFFFF
Yellow FFFF66
Red FF0000
Grey CC9999
Lt. Blue 00CCFF
Blue 0000FF
Green 00FF00
Purple CC33FF

simple things:

bold would make bold.

italiks > /i > would make a italiks

underline> /u > would make a underline.

red > /font > would make red.
you can use "red, green, purple, blue, yellow, lime, and navy" when you want to use actual words.
but to make other colors you must use html color codes.

the tag < hr > would make this line:

how to make a link: < a href="http://www.url_goes_here" > link text.</a>

for example:

< a href="http://www.oocities.org/SouthBeach/Lights/7748/" > the teen cafe.< /a>

would make: the teen cafe.

images: to make an image you must use this code:
< img src=NAME_OF_PIC.gif >. don't put a link at the "NAME_OF_PIC" part, thats bandwith stealing!!!
