All about my trip to Notre Dame
I have been a fan for 30 years! This was my first trip to South Bend. We visited on 11/16/96
to watch the Pittsburgh game. Notre Dame won in a rout 60-6! My best friend, Dave, got tickets through his
brother in law. It took two years to get them through a lottery. My family and friends are trying to get tickets
to one of next years early games. So if anyone out there knows how to drum up some tickets!!!

Special thanks to Kevin Clary who I met via a Notre Dame chat room. He was instrumental in setting up an excellent agenda for Dave and I to follow. Thanks dude!
Check out the cool sign Dave and I made while in South Bend.
The object was to get on TV!
One of the most beautiful sites on campus is the
Golden Dome above the administration building. Usually you can walk
up to the upper floors and get a good view of the campus, but it was blocked off for construction while
we were there.
As you probably know, Bob Davie has just been promoted to the head coach at Notre Dame.
During our visit, we ran into him on game day on his way to the chapel. He was kind enough
to take a picture with both Dave and I. Here is my
shot with head coach Davie.
At the pep rally on Friday night I got this shot
with the Leprechaun! Little did I know that this would be the
second to the last rally Lou would attend. Here is a shot of Lou three days before his announcement.
You can see the pain on
Lou's face.
On game day we looked all around the campus. Here is a shot of the famous
Touchdown Jesus which is on the library.
If you want to see the progress of the new stadium as it is being built, check out the
Dome Cam that shows up to the minute pictures of the
stadium.
