Karmyn was a first-year runner as a senior and started out running as the Lady Cats #6 or 7 runner. However, by the end of the season, Karmyn had run anywhere from the #2 position to the #7 position. She was usually #4 or 5. She became an imperative part of the team's success. She was named to the Indiana 2nd Team Academic All-State.
Karmyn plans on attending Indiana University next year.
