The Fire Police consist of members from each of the MTFD's 11 companies. It was created to help control fire-related functions, such as fairs, wetdowns, funerals, ect. The Fire Police use techniques in traffic control, crowd control, minor disputes; much like a regular police officer would use. The members of the MTFD Fire Police are the unsung heroes of sucessful fire company events.
