03-08-98 Leon attended a function to promote keeping the estate clean. Lots of fans gathered around the stage before Leon came. Leon visited sone families and found that although their homes were very small, they were clean indeed. After the visit, his clothes was all wet because of the hot weather(over 33C!). During the function, Leon was asked how many times did he bathe everyday, however, he refused to answer this question as he thought that it was his own privacy.

02-08-98 Leon will release his new album in the middle of August or at the end of August. When the song is plugged on the radio, I'll try to put it on the homepage

26-07-98 The Charity show in Beijing and Shanghai have finished and Leon will be back to HK today! Leon's father also went to Beijing as he wanted to visit his friends and also watch Leon's performance. Unfortunately, he fainted down because of heart attack in Beijing. Leon was really worried about that. He delayed his flight to Shanghai and visited his father. He said that his father was in a dangerous condition when he was sent to the hosptial. Luckily, with the help of the doctors, He recovered. About the Charity show, Leon was the second singer to perform and he has sang 8 songs!

24-07-98 The film, New Love Generation, is finished finally and it will be on theater on this Saturday (25-07-98) in Hong Kong. Leon attended the first show of this film last night and his outlook was really smart, and you can find the photos in the photo corner! The crowded of fans screamed when he arrived! Leon flied to Beijing this morning with Mark Lui for a charity concert held there! After that, he will fly to Shanghai for another charity show.

15-07-98 Leon is back from France. After experiencing the atmosphere of the final match of the World Cup, he was really impressed by it! He hoped there would be one in China in the future. He continued his tight schedule once he was back. He continued to make the film 'New Love Generation', this film will be shown in Hong Kong after one week or two.

14-07-98 Leon has tried the new airport of Hong Kong when He came back from France. He was very sad about this airport because the facilities are in poor condition, eg, the toilets are dirty. He hoped that these matters could be solved soon!

04-07-98 Leon went to Korea today to promote his EP. He was delighted to announce that his latest korean song, After Loving You, is at the forth place in the Korea Music Chart. Singers out of Korea is very difficult to get in this chart. So, Leon is really happy about the result! He will stay in Korea for 3 days, and then he will fly to Japan directly from Korea, in order to finish the film, New Love Generation. After that, he will fly from Japan to France as he planned to see the final match of the World Cup! (P.S. 'After Loving You is the korean version of  'I love you like this')

02-07-98 Although Leon's EP has already been sold for one month, its sale in HK is tremendous! It is still at the 5th place of the IFPI chart, higher than that of Jacky Cheung's CD.

01-07-98 Today is the first anniversary of the establishment of HKSAR. Leon has attended the celebration concert. Leon performed his latest song, Happy time, during the show. He was so honoured to be the first singer to perform in the show! He also attended another celebration held by TVB, and he sang an old folk song of China with Ng Sin Lin. 21-06-98 The mini concert was held today! As Leon has not been to Malaysia for a long time, all the fans were really excited when the concert started! Leon sang his latest songs and also dance in the concert! He played games with six audience (really lucky!!) The concert was only an hour long. However, as the fans really wanted to see Leon more, they did not leave after the concert ended. So, Leon came out again and sang one more song! 

20-06-98 Leon went to Malaysia today. Sony held a mini concert for Leon in Malaysia and nearly 10,000 of the concert tickets were given out within an hour! Lots of fans queue outside the ticket centre at 5.00am in order to get the tickets of good seats!

14-06-98 Leon's EP is the best seller for the first half year of 1998. And also, it has been sold out 150,000 copies in 3 weeks which is the fastest one in 1998 (until now). Because of this, the HMV presented a prize to Leon in one of their shops! Thousands of fans attended this ceremony and made the shops really crowded! Leon was happy about the result but he did not say that if he was confident to get the 'The Best Seller Award' of the year.

13-06-98 Leon went to a radio interview yesterday. He was asked that if he mind about Jacky was the no. 1 of this week IFPI chart. Leon said that he did not mind about that and he also predicted that Jacky would be the no. 1 this week. During the interview, Leon was asked to have a test about if Leon would afraid of  his wife after his marriage. The result was that Leon would not be afriad of  his wife. He said that in a good marriage relationship, no one can dominate on each other.

11-06-98 Leon was so happy to announce that his latest EP had broken his personal record. It is because this album has been sold out 150,000 copies in 3 weeks which is the fastest one among all his albums! And also, the EP is No. 2 in the IFPI chart this week. Jacky's CD is the No. 1 this week! 

08-06-98 Leon is the male singer who has got the highest no. of air-play in May. His EP is also the best one in May! Great!

06-06-98 Leon has attended the 'Hello Concert' in Singapore together with other famous singers, eg Boyzone, Beyond etc. There were 60,000 audience in the concert and Leon was really excited during his performance! He said that there was no such a huge stadium in Hong Kong and it was his first time to perform in front of 60,000 audience. He hoped that there would be one one in Hong Kong in the future. Leon was the second singer to perform during the show and when he came out, the atmosphere was great. About 200 members of Singapore Leon Family sat near the stage and they all had glowing sticks in their hands!! Leon sang 3 mandarin songs and he also danced! 05-06-1998 Great news! Leon's EP is also the no. 1 in the IFPI chart this week! This EP has been sold out 150,000 copies in Hong Kong. In order to celebrate this great result, Sony released 20,000 copies of Special version of this EP in Hong Kong. I don't know if this special version will be available out of Hong Kong. This special version contains one CD and one VCD. The cover of this EP is totally different from that of the original one and the VCD was made in Japan which is of higher quality. This pictures inside are also very nice! This special version only costs $88.

03-06-1998 Leon is now making his new film in Thailand and he spared one day to go to Shanghai because the film '18 spring' is released there! Lots of fans surrounded Leon when he arrived at the cinema.

03-06-1998 The weather is Thailand is really hot. Leon feels hard when shooting the film. In order to feel cooler, he tasted different kinds of desserts. And he said that they were delicious! 

At the fifth of June, he will fly from Thailand to Singapore to attend a charity show there! So Singaporean Fans, please be prepared for that! 

Oh!! It's great! Leon's EP is the no. 1 of this week IFPI chart! His compilation CD from polygram is no. 3 in the chart! Actually, this result can be predicted as the sales of this EP is really excellent in Hong Kong. I hope the sales of this EP can be kept up, so that it can also be the no. 1 in the chart next week!

Leon held a mini concert recently. In the concert, he sang the songs in his new album. During the concert, Leon was asked to play a game in which he had to put Jacky Cheung, Aaron Kwok, Andy Lau and himself into position. He put himself be the first one, Jacky be the second, Andy be the third and Aaron be the last one! He explained that this arrangement was just a random one! And also, he indicated that it was only a game, and ask them not to be taken it as serious! This mini concert will be broadcasted in Hong Kong on 30-05-98 on TV.

Leon's EP from Sony have a very good sales! Until now, this EP has been sold out 90,000 copies in Hong Kong! Leon was really happy about this result and he said that it was a good start in Sony! Although the time for preparing this EP was limited, Leon was very happy that the quality of the EP is high and it was popular! In the selling chart of HMV, 3 Leon's album have got into the top ten! His EP from Sony is at no. 1 and CD from Polygram is at no. 2 and his mandarin CD from polygram is at no. 7! Isn't the result very amazing??

A magazine said that Leon met his korean girlfriend secretly in Hong Kong. However, they only took photos of Leon when he went to a salon for hair cut, no photo of the so-called girlfriend. And no photo of Leon and that girl appeared together! Leon said that he really did not know that korean girl and he did not have any girlfriend at this moment! ( Actually, he has mentioned this before during his concert! ) He also insisted that if he had a girlfriend, he would tell the public about this, as it was a normal thing for a thirty-one-year-old man!
