Well, I guess since you loaded this page, you want to know about the Fox and mudding huh? Well, where do I start? A MUD is a Multi-User Dungeon. It's like a role-playing adventure that you can play via your computer. The MUD I play on is called "The Fobidden Realms" (if you have telnet or a MUD program, then you can find us at enslaver.com port 4000). Now, you're probably asking, "Why is the Fox playing on a MUD of all things." Let me explain. I first started MUDing back in August of '98. A friend of mine kind of got me interested in it, and from there I became hooked.

I play a Medieval character named Rashka. For those of you familiar with Magic: The Gathering, I didn't get the name from there. I actually thought I made it up, until I did some research on the name. *shrug* My character is most commonly known as a wildly flirtatious, yet somewhat mysterious Pixie. In otherwords, she's kind of like me in RL. *grin* She started out as a cleric (a healer), but because the game allows you to master several classes, she has done other things as well. Her lastest achievement was being assigned as the Guild Leader for the Runemasters (a warrior like group). She has found this somewhat challenging, but very rewarding. She recently also bought a store to sell powerful weapons and potions in for the serious players.

I could go on about this MUD, but it might be easier for you to just check it out here. I have looked into several other MUDs since I found the Realms, but I always seem to come back to this one. Not only is the game user friendly, yet challenging, but the people are really wonderful. They are always friendly, and love to help out a newbie in need. Watch out for the deadly players though. They love you until you get into their pkill range. You can find out more via the webpage above.
