Let's exchange banners!!

Ok, I am gonna experiment with starting my own banner exchange program..The way it works, You choose which banner you would like on your page, download it to your comp...do NOT link from this page as the addy's will change often and you may get a broken link...then upload it to your server and put it on your page..link it to: http://www.oocities.org/SouthBeach/Pointe/6505 ...then you must me with your banner and I will put it on my page.

That's all there is to it... You must email me or I will not know that you wish to exchange banners...Sites will be visited and rated...If you meet my rules, then i will add you to my banner links...

rules:
1) NO profanity, vulgarity, adult only sites or pornographic sites allowed
2) No commercial sites...this is for enjoyment only
3) You must have one of my banners on your site...
