What are Kinder toys and Why are we all so hooked on them!!

  They come in so many different shapes and sizes. Also in different colors and materials from plastic to metal.
some are even from out of this world!! Kinder Surprise has been around for more than 25 years!
There are millions of people world wide that make these toys their hobby. Some collect everything that Kinder
puts out, yet other's only collect the solid figures, or just the puzzles. Kinder has been making other things that     kids can enjoy under the Kinder seal of approval, such as activity books, poster's of the toys from that year,  activity calendars, they even have contests with prizes like a trip to The World Of Kinder in Italy (That was open
to residents of Australia only in 1997). Not all contests are offered world wide, unfortunately! Some Country's get different toys than we here in Canada do, and some like the USA, have banned them from being sold in the stores.

I just love putting them together! They are intricate and highly detailed for such a small toy. The toy comes inside
a White (inside) and Dark (outside) egg shaped chocolate. They sell as individuals as well as in 3 pak's, all the way
up to 24 (at least that's the known amount here, may be that elsewhere, you can buy larger quantity). We used to have the Kinder Maxi egg available here too, but they stopped shipping them to Canada (for whatever reason).
I wade through boxes of duplicates piled around me, mostly from 1994 on up to 1997.. I don't think that I will ever be able to give up collecting these fantastic little creations. Thanks to all who have made my collecting a fascinating experience. Top praises go out to Darren for one of the most interesting trades ever! Thanks Darren!!!

What are these toys ?
Well they are trains, cars,  planes,  figures of cartoon characters, magic tricks, solid painted penguins, gnomes, divers, animals, people, space crafts, toys that move with tiny geared wheels, some that are propelled by rubber bands, paper jigsaw puzzles, hard plastic standup puzzles, wooden trains, some that use the whole egg as part of the toy, like the kinder caveman group, some are crayons and some are paint sets, the list really is endless when it comes to describing the Kinder toys.
Do I have a favorite?
Yes I do have favorites, but it is hard to narrow it down to just one.  I prefer the older cartoon characters like the Asterix Gang, Mickey Mouse and the rest of the Disney characters from pre 1988. However that has not stopped me from having over just over 2000 Kinder's including the blowup Kinder man Store Display.

 Due to circumstances beyond my control, I cannot do any trading at this time. I appologize to anyone who has written me. I am currently working as a Games Graphic Designer and this has taken up most of my time. Also my scanner stopped scanning in colour so I won't be changing the pics until it gets repaired. My life is upside down right now..when I upright it I will be trading again.. till then HAPPY KINDERING!
