The Rascalz are from Vancouver where most hip hop heads in the USA probably don't have a clue where that place is, well it's a big city in British Columbia, Canada. The Rascalz made big noise in Canada with Cash Crop their latest album in the 98, the album featured the bangers "Dreaded Fist" and "Northern Touch". Global Warning brings a more solid album all through.

The Rascalz even bring some USA mc's on this album as KRS-One and The Beatnuts help out, but the Canadian helpers shine as Kardinal Offishall and Rascalz raise their "Gunnfinga" in the air on the high energized song. Choclair is featured on "As It Is" a wonderful song that should make noise. Watch for Choclair in the future. The production on this album is excellent as Kemo shines with his beats. "High Noon" uses a Rebel INS sample that is perfect to open up the album. "C-IV" and The Alchemist blessed "On The Run" are also to be checked for. To end the album the Rascalz hook up with Canadian hero, wrestler Bret Hart for their first single "Sharpshooter (Best Of The Best)", which works.

Overall the Rascalz have helped put Canadian hip hop on the map and with this album should give Canadian hip hop even more respect.
