"Closed Up Thoughts"
I lie here with my hands on my chest
Very still
Motionless
Not able to move an inch
I'm cold so very cold
Someone please bring me a blanket
I wear this smile only because someone put it there
My skin is the the color of fresh snow
My cheeks have a pinkish rosy glow
Will someone please fluff my satin pillow
why did this happen to me
why??
I hate this suit
This suit makes me fat, but I have no choice
How dare my wife pick "this" suit out for me to wear
It won't matter anymore anyway
I'm sure clothing is optional there
Mmmm I bet those flowers smell good
I wish I could only smell them one last time.
There is so many of them and different kinds.
I like these arrangement of flowers and their all for me
Makes me want to cry if I only could
Hi Kevin, glad you came
Wow, Bob and Mary are here and Alice, Tina, John, and Linda...
Please don't cry Martha it is okay
I will be better off this way
Good-bye my wife, my friends and family
It was great seeing you one last time
I hope you will remember me always in your heart
The lord will see I am taken care of everyday
Ashes to Ashes dust to dust
I am leaving this earth forever..
Leave all of you I must
