POSITIVE THINKING
"Positive thinking": I've always thought it sounds like a stupid, corny phrase (I still do) and I know that this part of my website will seem stupid and corny to a lot of people.  But I have found that 'positive thinking' has helped me a great deal in building my confidence and making me a happier person.
ME
'Positive thinking', as I see it, is a way of building self-esteem, gaining confidence and improving the well-being of yourself and the people around you...it is something that only you have control over, you are in charge, it is your responsibility and anyone can do it.
STOP NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
We often let our pride get the better of us because we are worried what people might think...try not to let this happen - don't be afraid to ask for help...and don't be afraid to offer help either.
 
Natural Therapy has helped me enormously, especially aromatherapy, flower essences, reiki and yoga - you'll notice that these are all essentially stress-relieving.
