The rules at HanG TeN are really simple: we only hand out awards to home pages done by casual programers. NO COMPUTER GEEKS ALLOWED! Other then that there are a couple of other things we look for.
1. Atleast 3 Original Graphics
2. No pornographic material
3. A fun place to be
And then its up to the surfers, I have to say we at HanG TeN don't always agree with the winners, but whom ever gets the most votes wins, it is as easy as that.
