HBK's bottomline: 'Tough Love' is one song that means a lot to me. It is a song that talks about commitment and love that is accepting despite the past or mistakes. A friend got hooked on smoking and for the longest time, his friends tried to let him stop...even his girlfriend broke up with him due to 'bad attitude' and 'heavy smoking' but all futile. Nothing worked until he found out that his favorite Uncle had lung cancer due to smoking too. And almost led his uncle to die. But the 'ToughLove' came from his friends who didn't want to do anything with him until he straightened out himself. And yea it seemed that they turned their backs on him...but after all...it was just 'Tough love' they showed.

HBK's bottomline: I don't know what it is about this song but the very first time I heard it, I liked it. Maybe it has to do with the word forever since we all like to be reminded that soemthing will last forever - and hopefully love will.
