Coney Island Dog: Split hot dogs lengthwise, spread with mustard an ketchup. Fill with drained sauerkraut. Wrap each hot dog in a double layer of aluminum foil. Place on briquets and barbecue 5 minutes, turning once. Unwrap and serve in a hot dog bun.

Chili Dog: Barbecue hot dogs. Toast split hot dog buns. Arrange 2 halves of toasted rolls on each plate, top with hot chili and 2 sizzling hot dogs
