Well, here we go. 1999 is behind us now, and the Metros have had a few adjustments. A.) No more Bora, that's okay, with sweaters like he wore you could tell he wasn't going to get anything done. B.) no more Hurtado C.) NO MORE CHARLIE!!!!
There's not much new here yet, since Bora didn't like Petke and last season was crap, but I have decided that waiting 7 months or so to update my site was just way too long. I'd also like to say that I am not a member of the Petke family, and I am especially not Mike.
During the last month or two of the MLS season, I began to attend college soccer games, which are much more appealing than MLS games. It's different when all the players on the field actually want to play and win. But with the college draft approaching, my interest in MLS has gotta come back a little, cos I've seen most of these guys in action.
In case any of UVA's men's team find their way to my dinky little site, hey what's up from that loud chick behind the gatorade cooler! Especially to Steve Totten, Kyle Martino (way to go with your all-star selves)Ryan Gibbs, and Chad Prince (cos I heard he's a MetroStars fan).
