Jessic looks down quickly, "Where are you now?" she looks up with a frown, "Has your sister been able to join you yet?"

Nikita shakes his head. "She's on her way. The trip was delayed because of a weak spell, she had to stop for a while." It's hard to keep the worry out of his voice. "And I'm here at Ista. Upstairs," he says with a wink.

Jessic smiles slightly, "You found a job?" she states.

Deedlit walks quietly, almost unoticed, down into the apprentice gallery, curious to see what the appy's have been slaving away at..

Rebecca walks quietly in from the Master Gallery.

Aeia mills about.

Zaria looks at the covered back wall curiously.

Jueann walks in from the Weavercraft Main Hall.

Saran navigates confidently in from the Weavercraft Main Hall.

Misa walkes over to aeia curious to meet snother one of her masters

Zaria waves happily to Jueann.

Saran tips her head back looking around the room curiously.

Nikita nods. "I'm Ista's Tithe captain."

Vivian winds her way through the crowd, she wants to be up where she can /see/!

Aeia notices Misa approaching her and smiles, but her attention is immediately taken by Jueann.

Bronwyn clears her throat. "Actually, there's to be a promotion first." She gestures to Gondar.

Zaria watches Jueann and smiles.

Misa sees that she is busy and turns around to get a good spot

Jueann chuckles and bows to Bronwyn, "Greetings Bronwyn, long time"

Jessic looks around the room and at all the people, "Well my hopes for your sister, and I promise to come meet her." she drops off silently as an announcement is made.

Aeia smiles at Bronwyn's announcement.

Bronwyn smiles at Jueann and waits for Gondar to come over.

Gondar comes over, a smile on his face, and a bounce in his step.

Jueann wonders where she's to sit. Hmm? As she finds a spot in the front row

Vivian bounces on her toes, trying not to shove anybody as she works her way a little closer. A promotion and a handfasting? Gotta see this!

Lisaine sits down quickly, with a smile on her face.

Nikita smiles in answer to Jessic, he can tell it's not a good time to talk just now.

Misa tiptoes up front and finds a prime front row seat

Aeia laces her fingers together and listens.

Zaria decides to find a seat and listen.

Deedlit looks around, her face just a tad bit sad, and seats herself towrds the back.

Bronwyn takes a somewhat elaborate knot of lavender and white out of her pouch. "In recognition of your hard work on this gallery, Gondar, you are hereby promoted to Journeyman. Congratulations!" She She hands the knot to Gondar.

Joy walks in from the Weavercraft Main Hall.

Sayanna looks at Jueann..."Yeah, but if you need new clothes you ccame to the right place, anyway."

Lothar moves through the crowd and sits beside Cappa...

Jueann blushes, "I say six months."

Lisaine smiles...waiting.

Deedlit has disconnected.

Deedlit falls asleep.

Gondar says, "when I started work on the galleries a little over a turn ago, it was just a journeyman project, over the turn, it's progressed into a labor of love.."

Shelly realises something is going on and sits odown quickly.

D'thon smiles and nods to Sayanna.

Aeia listens to Gondar, waiting for the climax to this build-up.

Sayanna nods.

Lisaine thinks that any praise was well deserved. labor alright....

Gondar says, "and, on that note.. I dedicate this gallery with this final piece of work of mine, which spans not just weaving, but delves into many different crafts.."

Joy nods, glancing around, and being quite impressed...

Revealed Mural
A curious mural.
The mural appears to have been carved into the rear wall of the cave. Closer examination reveals that the mural is not only carved into the wall, but has also been painted with dyes and fine thread has been carefully laid in the recessed portions of the relief.
Along the top and bottom of the mural runs a complicated pattern of three ribbons that twist, turn, and weave in a pattern that seems to defy any number of physics laws.
The mural is dominated by a depiction of Pern itself, the holds clearly visible.
Off to one side, the Dawn Sisters float lazily in the inky blackness of space. To the other side of Pern, a hazy face seems to float in the darkness, a face ringed with back hair that seems to fade into the surrounding starfield, hair that seems to fall naturally about the clearly feminine face and shoulders.
You wonder who Gondar was thinking of when he created this vivid mural, that seems so real; almost as if you could step into it and fall into oblivion...

Nikita goes home.

Shelly gasps. "Oh my ..."

Spectrum walks out.

Jueann blinks and ohhhs appreciately

Joy blinks, quite startled, after remembering to breathe "It's perfect!:

D'thon nods, "Impressive indeed."

Aeia oohs as she examines the mural.

Jessic sighs as she views the mural and looks over at one of her masters wondering.

Lothar gasps, "That is lovely....."

Lisaine can't say a word.

Lisaine is very, very impressed.

Gondar turns back to the crowd, "if you look around, you will notice one thing in this mural, that is present here as whell.. specificly the one thing that kept me going on this for the past turn..

Bronwyn has, of course, seen the mural before, but smiles any how, applauding with the others.

Lisaine thinks she knows what he is leading up to.

Aeia's face starts to smile as her eyes encounter those of the face in the mural, and she momentarily glances at someone in the crowd.

Misa sucks in her breath at the wondar of it then remembers to exhale

Teya looks at the mural and nods...she'll have to come back when she can be closer, to look at it.

Misa smiles and thinks she knows what he is getting to

Cappa gasps and didn't think she'd see anything better than those close, "Wonderful...."

Shelly waits expectantly, feelig that something is comiing up....

Vivian's breath catches, wow, this is amazing, and she can't wait for the next bit either....

Myra slips out gracefully, making her way towards gondar...

Jowl briskly walks in from the Weavercraft Main Hall.

Lisaine bounces in her seat happily, eyes misty.

Jueann waves to Jowl to come and sit with her

Aeia's smile widens with vicarious happiness.

Myra blushs a bit and nods "Of course I will! My answer will always be yes!"

Jowl hugs Aeia! Aeia smiles and *squeezes* you in return! OUCH! Oh, forgot about those reading glasses hanging from the chain.

Lisaine laughs happily.

D'thon applauds the couple, "Bravo!"

Gondar smiles, "Jueann, if you please.."

Misa smiles happily

Cappa smiles.

Jueann stands with a smile, makes her way to the stage. she stands facing the couple. "I take it, you want to be hand-fasted?"

Jowl considers saying something at the Does anyone object part

Teya smiles, and whispers to Zaria "I hope he keeps making clothes... Sayanna and I get all our things from him."

Myra glances at Gondar, a perminant smile on her face, before nodding"

Gondar nods smiling.

Shelly thinks that is quite obvious.

Lothar calls to Daisy, who flies over and lands on his shoulder.

Lisaine knows who to go to if she wants a wonderful hand-fasting dress.

Jueann smiles and motions the couple to face her first. "Alright. Gondar, do you swear to love and honor Myra for all enternity?

Gondar nods, "with all my heart, I do."

Jueann says, "Myra, do you love and honor Gondar for all eternity?"

Myra beams "With all of my being..."

Lesana walks in from the Master Gallery.

Jueann says, "Gondar, will you do your duty to Myra in all things?"

Lesana sneaks into the room and sits by Lothar.

Gondar nods, "I will."

Jueann says, "And Myra, will you do your duty to Gondar in all things?"

Myra nods "I swear."

Jueann says, "Now face each other. Gondar do you have the golden mark?"

Myra turns to face Gondar.

[Herder] Aeia patpats and doesn't mention to Myra that she lives with her SO.

Gondar turns to myra, smiling.

Gondar nods, "yes I do."

Shelly thinks that is a relief

Jueann says, "Gondar, I want you to offer it to Myra, asking her to be your lady and the mother of your children""

Gondar walks over to the mural, and takes a glittering object off of one of the dawn sisters, "Myra, I offer you this golden mark, will you be my lady, and the mother of my children?"

Teya giggles..."Clever!"

Cappa smiles.

Myra smiles, taking the mark, and holding it tightly "Always, my dearest Gondar!"

Misa smiles at gondars cleverness

Lisaine agrees with Teya.

Zaria smiles.

Sayanna shushes Teya.

Jessic blinks rapidly as the handfasting gets to the emotional points, bring up fingers to brush tears away as she watches.

Jueann chuckles as she starts to speak. "Wait for it, Myra. Oh well. I understands there are rings too?

Misa wipes her eyes

Myra nods, blushing...

Aeia smiles broadly.

Gondar nods.

Jueann says, "Gondar and Myra, please exchange your rings as you do, tell each other what is on your heart."

Vivian goes home.

Lisaine gets ready to sob.

Gondar takes a ring from his pocket, his hands shaking slightly, and slides it onto Myra's hand, "The only thing on my heart, is spending eternety with you.."

Jueann turns to Myra

Valcour's fathomless green eyes fasten on the couple with sheltered expression; slim hands entwine behind his back as he leans against a wall.

Myra pulls a golden ring from a hidden pocket, sliding it onto GOndar's hand ' I'm not very good with words.. so all I can say is that I love you, more than anyone or anything, and that I always will."

Lisaine thinks that Myra is good withh words...

Myra hands Gold Ring to Gondar.

Misa smiles and wipes her eyes

Cappa smiles.

Jueann smiling at the couple. "As you both exchanged rings and the giving and accepting of the goldne mark. I pronounced you Myra and Gondar hand-fasted.

Gondar puts on Gold Ring.

Aeia sighs and watches the couple, just glowing with happiness...

Sayanna claps. "Way to go Gondar!"

Jueann says, "Well, don't just stand there. Kiss her"

Lisaine claps happily.

Misa smiles so broadly that she thinks her face will crack

Gondar smiles, blinking away tears, he kisses myra..

Myra smiles, as if she'll smile forever, before kissing back

Saran claps with a smile for the happy couple.

Teya claps for the two.

Lesana smiles at Myra, looking a bit wistful. She starts clpping for the couple.

Zaria smiles and claps her hands lightly.

Myra pulls back, blushing a bright red, almost but not quite the same color as her dress.

Lothar stands up whistlin, "Way to GO!!" he is fillin CRAZY!!

Gondar smiles at his new bride, and then absolutely beams at the applause..

Misa says, "three cheers for misa and gondar!"

Aeia intensifies her applause.

Lesana pulls Lothar back down, and wonders what exactly he was thinking.

Lisaine says, "Hip, hip HORRAY!"

Jueann says, "Well, Let's get the party on the road"

Lothar smiles over at Lesana and then stands again, "Hip Hip HORRAY!!!!!!!!!!"

Shelly whistles.

Cappa grins and joins in the cheers for her Master.

Gondar hugs myra close, before trying to say over the din, "please there are refreshments on the tables behind you, help yourselves.."

Myra looks over at Gondar, clueless as what to do next...

Jessic slips in quietly southward exiting the galleries.

Aeia moves towards the couple to extend her congratulations.

Sayanna turns to look at the food and gasps..."Looks like we were expected!"

WeaverCraft Gallery
As you step down into this hall, the first thing that catches your eye is the ceiling.. or rather, the top of the cavern. Stalagtites hang low, some reaching almost to a mere 2 feet above head level. The floor has been smoothed and polished to the point where its surface has a mirror-like shine. Small nooks have been carved into the walls, and glows have been placed inside, their light directed outwards by sheets of polished metal set into the inside of the nooks. All the visible surfaces are rounded, and some carved benches have even been carefully disguised as simple rock formations. The most noticeable feature of this room, however, is a massive carved mural taking up the entire wall opposite the entrance to this rectangular cave. It is flanked by two doors leading into the apprentice and journeyman/master galleries, respectively.

Aeia reaches the newly married couple through the throng. "Congratulations, both of us. I am so glad I was able to be here for this."

Jowl smiles at Myra "Congradulations, Where is the cake?

Valcour goes home.

Kikee smiles, "So, whaz up?"

Gondar chuckles at the whisper..

Shelly smiles her congratulations, glad to arrive in Ista for such a happy event.

Lothar stops thinkin for a moment, but she is right, he changes direction headin for his Master and Mentor....

Saran navigates confidently southward exiting the galleries.

Myra hugs aeia, nearly crying, she's so happy "Me too!"

Cappa smiles and goes to congradulat Myra.

Misa smiles at myra and "sais congrats and good luck!

Aeia gives Myra a strong squeeze.

Gondar is congradulated by more people than he thinks he's ever seen in one place at one time, short of a gather of course..

Teya looks at the food and smiles....good, something to munch on while she's walking back to Grinstead. "Zaria, I've got to get back to some work I left...could you tender my regards tot he couple? You too, Say." She snags a few little things on a plate and walks out.

Teya walks southward exiting the galleries.

Jowl Walks over and Gives a small brass bunny to Myra "Here I heard it's good for fertility"

"Congratulations!" Britt says, beaming. Sweeping up beside her fellow herder, she says, "I wish you immense good luck!"

Zaria squeezes up to the new couple to quickly shake their hands and say congrats, then she waves as she leaves.

Zaria picks up Iloe.

Myra smiles, blushing a bit "Thanks... "to just about everyone in particular...

Gondar chuckles at the gift...

Lisaine waves and smiles at the two.

Zaria goes home.

Misa grabs some food and walkes out

Gondar waves to all the people waving at him.. most of which he dosent know.. but hey, he's not complaining..

Misa drops Mnatsa.

Lesana pulls Lothar up by Myra, "Congrats Myra, good luck!"

Misa goes home.

Aeia moves away from the couple to let other people get near them.

Kikee grins, "Congrats MYRA!

Myra smiles at Lesana "Thanks! " then at Kikee... then, well, at everyone!

Jueann says, "Its good to see you Jowl. How have you been?"

Lothar smiles at Myra, "Congrads," turns towards gondar, "Ya are a lucky man.."

Lisaine has to leave now.

Gondar smiles, "dont I know it too.."

Jowl nods at jueann, Busy busy, Had to help out at ista stables for a while , They have way too many runners.

Kikee nos, noone is aloud to leave:)
