1. You must be a fat adult or a fat admirer.
2. You must be over 18 years old.
3. If your page has nudity on it you must place the ring code on either your warning page, or a webrings only page which can be reached from your warning page.
4. Your site must NOT be a hate site of any kind.
5. You need to make it easy for people to find your webrings.
6. You will also need to upload the graphic to your own server.

Well, that's about it for the rules. I may add some more rules in the future if I find that people are having trouble understanding these, but I doubt that'll be necessary.

Now... about how to join.
The first thing you will need to do is submit your site to the queue. (The queue is like a waiting room)
After you submit your site you will receive an ID#. When you have this number you need to place the ring code on your page and personalize it with your id#, name, and email.
At this time you will need to email me and let me know what your ICQ # is so I can verify that you do in fact have ICQ. I will NOT give your number to anyone or use it for any other purpose other than verification.
Then you wait. Within a few days (usually) I will check your site for the code and to see if it follows the rules. If your site has the code up and follows the rules I will then add you to the ring.
